HOW TO HIRE THEM

Once you sign up for our service, we will grant your company access to our network by sending applicants' resumes via email, or you can view their profiles directly on our website. Please note that we facilitate direct hire referrals only.

After you have selected your potential employees, our coordinator will arrange a conference call with your HR department to conduct interviews.

Once you decide to hire any of the applicants, they will relocate to the job location and begin working for their new employer.

Upon the start of their employment, your company will pay a flat referral fee per hired employee as agreed.
